Our Projects

The 98 MWdc Titan Solar 1 Energy Project is Sunpin Solar’s second large utility-scale solar project in Imperial Irrigation District (IID) territory following its successful development of the 75 MWac ColGreen North Shore Project in 2018. The project is situated on a 569-acre parcel between the beautiful Salton Sea and Anze Borrego Desert State Park in Imperial County, California.

The Colgreen Northshore Project is a 96.7 MWdc installation with the capacity to power as many as 22,300 homes annually. Though the project is currently operating successfully and positively impacting communities and the environment, it was once considered an impossible mission due to many obstacles and setbacks.

The Tolland Solar Project is a 4.0 MW (DC) utility-scale solar PV generation facility located in Tolland, Massachusetts on a 65-acre lease of land. The generation facility interconnects to Western Massachusetts Electric Company, providing enough electricity to power more than 1,500 homes.

East Acres solar project is located in Pittsfield, MA. East Acres is a 4.4MW (DC) photovoltaic solar generation system. The facility is located on 77 acres of retired campgrounds previously operated by the Young Men’s Christian Association, adaptively reusing this land to generate clean electricity. The Austin Rooftop Solar project is a rooftop solar installation in Chicago, Illinois. The Austin Rooftop solar project is also one of the largest rooftop-mounted solar systems in the Midwest back in 2012. It is producing approximately 2,500 MWh’s of electricity annually, enough power to drive over 3,500 miles in a passenger car.

Church Hill Solar Farm, LLC (CHSF) is a 7.36 MW (DC) utility-scale solar PV generation facility located on the eastern shore of Maryland. The site is ideally situated in a flat open field that surrounds the price substation of Delmarva Power and Light (DPL).
